  • What is the cost of a service call?
    • We charge a simple trip charge that covers the cost of basic diagnostics and repair estimates.  This trip charge may vary depending on the season and your location and job type.  Please call for more information.
  • How often do I need to have my equipment serviced? Twice a year typically before the start of each major season (before winter and summer)
  • Is the diagnostic fee waived if the repair price is approved? No
  • What brands or units do you service? All brands ( air to air and water to air brands.)
  • What brands do you sell? All, but Carrier, Payne, York, & Goodman are the main brands.
  • How often should I change my filter? Monthly
  • Why do I have water leaking from my air handler? Could be a clogged drain line or a frozen evaporator coil without a technician you won’t know for sure.
  • How long does it take to install a new A/C system? Normally we can install same day, install takes average 6 hours
  • How do I know if I need to repair or replace? Many different factors, is the unit out of the manufacturer’s warranty, age of system, condition unit was kept in, was the system regularly maintained. But really we need to have a diagnostic service call to see which option is best.
  • What should I do when my A/C system is not working? Call asap 24/6 for us to have a technician out.
  • How do I know if I have an existing warranty on my system? You can call us or the manufacturer and give the serial number off the unit and they will be able to look that up.
